Guest Log in

Please enter your ID and Password to log in to an existing guest account. If you do not have an ID and password you may create an account or you may retrieve information on an existing account if you have forgotten your log in information.


If you're a community member:

Community members not affiliated with the university may create a guest account. Then call our office at 523-6623 or email us at ask.parking@nau.edu so that we can verify you are not affiliated with the campus. You may purchase a virtual "evening only" permit from home if parking on the campus after 4:30 pm. Other permit options may be available based on space availability. 


If visiting the campus during the weekday before 4:30 p.m. visitor parking is available at the Knoles garage and the San Francisco garage.


Complimentary parking may be available for designated events.
